Professionals Nord is now looking for experienced ground workers/tilers for Nåiden Infra.

About the position
As a ground worker focusing on finishes and tiling at Nåiden Infra, you will work on projects where quality, precision, and overall understanding are crucial. It’s not just about “laying tiles” – it’s about taking responsibility for the entire process: preparatory ground work, height setting, measuring, curbstone, deductions, and completion.

You will become part of a close-knit team in a stable and family-oriented company with short decision-making paths. You will be employed for 6 months through Professionals Nord and work on-site at Nåiden Infra, with the chance for continued employment thereafter directly with Nåiden Infra.

Responsibilities

• Tiling and finishing work
• Preparatory ground work for tile surfaces
• Height setting, deductions, and adjustments
• Setting of curbstones
• Reading drawings and understanding levels
• Working with measuring instruments

The work mainly takes place outdoors and during daytime, Monday to Friday. You will receive thorough training and a development plan tailored for you.

We place great importance on your personal qualities. You are skilled in your craft and know what you are doing. You are used to working independently but also function well in a team. You have an understanding of the overall picture in ground and finishing work and take responsibility for ensuring that the final result is of high quality.

Requirements:

• Experience in tiling/finishes
• Driving license B
• Swedish spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Education in ground and construction
• Reading drawings
• Experience with measuring instruments and height setting
